Terms of service

Deposit

A mandatory non-refundable deposit is required
- For studio & mobile makeup services, a deposit of minimum $40-50 is required according to the services
- For other services such as photoshoots, bridal packages or 1-1 lessons, a 20%
deposit of agreed upon rate is required.
Deposit can be transferred only once if a reschedule is requested with availability .
Balance to be paid in cash preferably, HST will be added to E-transfers

Travel and Late Policy

Travel Fee: An additional $1.60/km will apply to the mobile rate after the first
15 km. Any on-site parking fees will be added to your balance.
Late Policy: A fee of $10 will be applied every to 20 minutes. Appointment will be
cancelled past 60 minutes. If i am running late $to will be taken off the total
fee. If i am unable to make it to your appointment, deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly email to reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before
the scheduled appointment time.

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will require full payment, regardless of the circumstances.

For Bridal or photoshoot services, the cancellation policy outlined in the contract will be adhered to.
